NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the Chamber will take place at Whitecrook Business Centre, 78 Whitecrook Street Clydebank G81 1QF on Thursday 11th September 2025 at 12pm.
Proposal of Resolutions
Any member wishing to propose a resolution to the meeting must lodge written notice of the proposed resolution either electronically or at the Registered Office of the Chamber by no later than 5.00pm on Thursday 4th September 2025.
Election of Directors
Anyone wishing to stand for election as a Director of the Chamber must lodge a nomination, signed by another Member of the Chamber, together with their own written consent to serve if elected at the Registered Office of the Chamber and a statement (in not more than 300 words) describing the skills and experience which that individual would, if elected, bring to the board by no later than 5.00pm on Thursday 4th September 2025. Such nomination must be seconded by another member at the Annual General Meeting.
