Join Renfrewshire Chamber's retail mentoring group led by Kathie Reid, store manager, Marks and Spencer, Paisley.

Kathie has a background spanning more than 35 years in retail and has worked for Arcadia, Ralph Lauren, Zara and Marks & Spencer. She has also run her own business, is a qualified life coach and NLP practitioner.

Content

The first session will look at managing the change curve in business - trading in difficult circumstances - impact on sales - working as a team - customer service.

This is first of up to four sessions – next date to be agreed after initial meeting.

Eligibility criteria

- In business for 1 year with plans to grow
- Turnover of £100k or plan to achieve that level
- Not involved in the programme on a 1-2-1 level for the last year (but can move into a 1-2-1 from a group)
